Are you a skilled Manual Machinist looking for a role where your expertise in machining and assembly is valued? We’re searching for an experienced professional to join a busy workshop in Wolverhampton, working on precision-engineered components.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Setting up and operating manual machinery for precision machining
• Performing accurate measurements to ensure parts meet specifications
• Shaping, cutting, and finishing ferrous & non-ferrous metals
• Final assembly of fabricated and machined parts

What We’re Looking For:

• Time-served machinist (apprenticeship preferred)
• Experience in tooling/fixture making is highly desirable
• Knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal work, and welding (MIG/TIG experience is a plus)
• Understanding of mechanical fitting and assembly processes

What’s On Offer:

• £30,000 – £32,000 per year (negotiable)
• Overtime paid at standard rate weekdays & 1.5x on Saturdays
• Early Friday Finish
