We’re working with an innovative aerospace manufacturer who is passionate about nurturing talent. They’re looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer—someone bright, motivated, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll join a collaborative team, work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, and receive support from experienced engineers who want to help you thrive.
What you’ll be doing as their Junior Manufacturing Engineer:
Getting hands-on with aerospace components and learning how they’re made, assembled, and tested
Supporting process improvement projects on the shop floor
Working closely with senior engineers and production teams to solve real manufacturing challenges
Using tools like CAD, quality systems, and lean methodologies (training provided!)
Building the kind of technical confidence and experience you can’t get from a spreadsheet

What we’re looking for :
A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline
Some experience in a hands-on or technical role—this could be from a placement, project, or your current job
A genuine interest in how things are made and a desire to keep learning
Someone who’s proactive, curious, and ready to grow
