We’re on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join a growing Assembly Team in Havant. This is more than just a job – it’s your chance to be part of an organisation with a genuinely supportive environment, low staff turnover, and a focus on training and internal growth from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building flight hardware to IPC standards (PCA, module builds, harness work).

• Assembling in-house cable assemblies and test jigs/boxes.

• Working from build instructions and drawings in a cleanroom environment.

• Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality work that makes a difference.

What We’re Looking For:

• In-date IPC certification – essential!

• Strong soldering and wiring skills.

• A practical, hands-on mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Experience in a cleanroom, assembly, or production environment.

• Solid communication skills and a team-player attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure using good old common sense!

Working Hours:

• 37.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday (half day Friday!)

• Get every last Friday of the month OFF – yes, really!
