Controls Electrical Engineer

Join a global engineering business at the forefront of EV, Industry 4.0 and sustainable manufacturing. As a Control Systems Engineer, you’ll take ownership of electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, and full system integration for bespoke industrial equipment.
What you’ll do:
Design and develop control systems from scratch (electrical & software)
Write PLC/HMI programs (Siemens TIA Portal and Allen Bradley)
Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT, and on-site installation
Manage technical documentation, ensure compliance to 18th Edition
Work closely with project, build, and service teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
What we’re looking for:
5 years’ experience in control systems for special purpose machinery
Strong PLC/HMI development skills (Siemens & Rockwell essential)
Solid knowledge of Profinet, Ethernet/IP, motion control and electrical standards
HNC or above in Electrical Engineering and 18th Edition qualified
